Purchasing a home can be an exhilirating time. It is important to have an understanding of the home buying process before starting the search for a home.

First, you will need to contact a banker or mortgage broker to discuss financing options. You should also contact a Realtor® and ask if they can discuss purchase price and monthly mortgage payments with you.

Many buyers want to see homes first, but you probably want to know what you can afford before spending a lot of time looking.

After discussing your financial situation with your mortgage representative, you will be ready to start looking! I will show you the homes currently available in the geographic area you choose and that are within your financial means.

Once you have found your dream home, we will guide you through the Agreement of Sale Contract. I will submit your offer to the listing agent representing the seller and negotiate on your behalf (I will never assume I know what you want, I will always take my direction from you).

Once your offer is accepted, I will guide you through the process until settlement,and congratulate you on the purchase of your new home!
