Trouble Logging In
If you're having trouble logging in to your account, this page has some information on what may be causing the problem and how to correct things.
The most common cause of login trouble is browser security settings being set to a high level. This is a good thing, it means you're less likely to be infected with malicious software.
Here are some steps to take to make sure that you can still have high security settings and use the login system on Greater Lehigh Valley Homes.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+ Users
- In your browser menu, click Tools
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options
- A dialog box will come up with tabs at the top
- Click the Security tab
- In the box labeled "Select a Web Content zone to specify it's security settings", click Trusted sites (green circle with a white check mark)
- Click the button labeled Sites
- In the new dialog box, uncheck the box labeled Require Server Verification
- Type www.greaterlehighvalleyhomes.com in the text field that says "Add this Web site to the zone:" and click the Add button
- Click OK
- Click OK again
- Refresh the Greater Lehigh Valley Homes Login page by going to the login page and either using the Refresh button or by pressing the F5 key
- Try logging in, everything should work now
Mozilla Firefox 1.5+ Users
- On the browser menu, click Tools
- Click Options
- In the box that comes up, click the Privacy icon at the top
- In the Privacy dialog box, click Cookies
- Click the Exceptions button
- Type www.greaterlehighvalleyhomes.com and click Allow
- Click Close
- Click OK
- Reload the Greater Lehigh Valley Homes login page by going to the login page and either using the Refresh button or by pressing the F5 key
- Try logging in, everything should work now.
